These terms explain the basic rules for using BizRoc. They are written for clarity and are not a substitute for legal advice.

1. The Service

BizRoc provides a searchable database of business ideas, source context, scoring, analysis, and validation notes. The information is for research and educational purposes only. We do not guarantee that any idea will be profitable, available, legal in your market, or a good fit for you.

2. Accounts

You may need an account to access paid features. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens through your account. Please provide accurate account and billing information.

3. Trials, Billing, and Access

Paid access may include a free trial. After a trial ends, your selected plan may renew automatically unless you cancel before renewal. Prices, trial length, and plan details are shown at checkout. Payment details are handled by our payment provider.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass access controls, scrape or bulk-export the database, reverse engineer the product, interfere with the service, or use BizRoc to violate laws or someone else's rights.

5. Content and Ownership

BizRoc and its original analysis, design, software, and content are owned by BizRoc or its licensors. Source links and third-party references remain the property of their respective owners. You may use BizRoc for your own research, but you may not resell, republish, or redistribute the database as a competing product.

6. No Professional Advice

BizRoc does not provide legal, financial, tax, investment, or professional business advice. You are responsible for your own diligence before spending money, forming a company, contacting customers, or launching a business.

7. Third-Party Services

BizRoc may link to third-party sites or use third-party services for authentication, billing, analytics, hosting, and other operations. We are not responsible for third-party websites, products, or policies.

8. Changes and Termination

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may also suspend or terminate access if someone violates these terms or creates risk for BizRoc, other users, or the service.

9. Disclaimers and Limits

BizRoc is provided as-is and as available. To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
